Rosewood HongKong is newly opened hotel in 2019 located in the Victoria harbor in HK.
The building is designed by architect Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF).
It has 65 stories and described as “vertical estate.” The hotel has 413 rooms and suits, and most rooms features harbor views and sky gardens.

Interior designer, Tony Chi designed this hotel after his success of design for Rosewood London.
“If Rosewood London is your city house, Rosewood Hong Kong is your country house” he explains.
It is a luxury house with harmony of quality material and design elements represent his design notion “invisible design” – it’s not too visible or decorative but people feel luxury and comfort deeply in their mind, which also support Rosewood’s signature ‘sense of place’ philosophy.

As it’s meant to be an “estate” or a “house”, this ultra-luxury hotel feel intimate to all the guests over the generations, and it also shows the preference of the family who owns, and features the history of HongKong and the family. The hotel features many of art collections curated by the family as well.
This unique design approach for this kind of large-scale luxury hotel is creating an outstanding result and setting the new benchmark for hotel design and hospitality, which represents the global flagship of Rosewood Hotel.
